XML schema draft comments: punctuation/grammatical error changing meaning

Regarding the draft at
http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/PER-xmlschema-2-20040318/:

Section 3.2.2.3 says:

    decimal represents a subset of the real numbers, which can be
    represented by decimal numerals.

which is actually false.  (Real numbers cannot all be
represented by decimal numerals.)

It should say something like:

    decimal represents a subset of the real numbers that can be
    represented by decimal numerals.
