Typos in E2-41

The following texts appear in E2-41:

About year 0000. "The year 1 Before Common Era (B.C.E, sometimes called
B.C.) is the year 0001." Shouldn't it be "... is the year -0001"?

In 3.2.7.1 "... (see specref ref='year-zero'/>; " should be "... <see
.../>" so that it'll get translated to a link.
