According to the minutes of WG meetings and documents referred to therein, the paragraph added to 3.2.7.4 (erroneously given the old number 3.2.7.3 in the erratum text) was to be in the main text of 3.2.7. The remaining (original) text of what is now 3.2.7.4 still contains the flaws of R-140, R-141, and R-195.
