OAGI Comments/Questions/Suggestions Regarding XML Schema Rec, 1.1 and beyond

Attached is a brief document containing comments, questions and suggestions
motivated by OAGI's recent release of OAGIS 8, the first release of the Open
Applications Group Integration Specification to be redesigned for use with
XML Schema. 

We submit these for your consideration during discussions of future W3C XML
Schema recommendations.
