Namespace

Recently I have problems to declare and to define a XML
Schema document with many namespaces; I'm sure there is
something bad because we cannot define small part of one
XML Schema document with a target namespace and we can
also define an another part with different target
namespace...
It's very useful if we can also redefine or redirect a
namespace for more flexibility...
