XML Schema 1.1

It would be very beneficial if heuristic arguments
could be evaluated simalur to XSLT within XML Schema
1.1.

Please consider this example:
  Two elements <ETD> and <ETA>
  Both are date fields and non-nillable
  ETA >= ETD

Estimated Time of Departure (ETD)
Estimated Timne of Arrival (ETA)

We're new to using XML schemas. So, if this is somehow
covered within 1.0, please accept my appologies.
