Include

How can I include the Schema code to my XML-file??
Maybe it's a type'o, but after going through the w3school-tutorial several
times, I still can't seem to find anything wrong with it...

I attached both the scrips (xml and xsd)...

Could you please help me? =)
The XML is going to be used to contain data of the seismologic stations of
Norway.
