appInfo inconsistency between parts 0 & 1.

Hi, I didn't see this on the errata list, and I couldn't get the search
function to work at:

The appInfo element changes case between XSD parts 0 & 1. It's shown as
appInfo in Part 0 and appinfo in Part 1.
