3.2.7[1] of part 1 states that the xsi:nil attribute is of type boolean. 2.6.2[2] states; An element may be ·valid· without content if it has the attribute xsi:nil with the value true. Some people interpret the above statement to mean that '1' is not allowed as a value of xsi:nil. Should this be on the errata list?
