Comment on Table 1

In table 1 "Occurrence Constraints for Elements and Attributes" in "http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-0/#DefnDeclars", I recommend that the "Notes" entry (which occurs twice)

	element/attribute must appear once, it may have any value 

be changed to

	element/attribute must appear once, it may have any value consistent with its definition

for greater precision.
