Dear XML Schema editor,

Comment:
Clause 4.2.8 of Part 2 has a "Constraint on Schemas: minExclusive <=
maxExclusive". However, there is no "Constraint on Schemas: minInclusive <
maxExclusive".


Proposed solution:
Add "Constraint on Schemas: minInclusive < maxExclusive" that states the
following:

It is an error for the value specified for minInclusive to be greater than
or equal to the value specified for maxExclusive for the same datatype.
