Part 0: The ubiquitous <sequence> tag

I understand why <sequence> is being used almost everywhere in the examples,
but it occurs so often that I'm afraid people might think that it's a
necessary part of defining a complexType. It also adds a bit of background
noise that distracts from what the examples are meant to illustrate.
