Re: adoption of the XML Schema language

I'm very sorry -- I thought I had checked for this -- the correct
namespace URI is

       http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema.xsd

and all uses of 2000/08/XMLSchema in the Primer should read
2000/10/XMLSchema.
