When I declare that some element, for example, shipComment and 
customerComment, are equivalent to comment whit the following 
declarations:

<element name="shipComment" type="string" equivClass="comment"/>
<element name="customerComment" type="string" equivClass="comment"/>

These declarations must be children of schema ?
