4.3.3: should "anyAttribute" have a "processContents" attribute?

In the XML Representation Summary for anyAttribute in 4.3.3, anyAttribute is
not shown as taking a processContents attribute. The schema for schemas and
the DTD for schemas does not allow it, either.

However, 1.1 of the {attribute wildcard} property correspondence mentions
it.
