Use Case R, query 13 (1.4.4.13)

There are several mistakes in the Expected Result:

-- Three </bidder> tags are missing.

-- The avgbid for U03 (Dee Linquent) should be (800+175)/2 = 487.5, not 475.

-- U05 (Jack Sprat) has made 2 bids, not 1, with an average of 110, not 200.
