Regarding this query:

    1.1.9.3 Q3
    For each book in the bibliography, list the title and authors,
    grouped inside a "result" element.

Why does the Expected Result not have a <result> for "The Economics of
Technology and Content for Digital TV"?  Is it because it has no author?
To my thinking, that shouldn't disqualify it -- its list of authors is
merely empty. That is, the Expected Result should include this element: 

    <result>
        <title>The Economics .... TV</title>
    </result>
