RE: Time frame for XQuery 1.0

The time line for work on XML Query is in the XML Query WG charter which
is a W3C member-only document.  

But the process followed for W3C specifications can be found in the W3C
Process document [1] and you should note that we are not yet at the Last
Call [2] stage.
