Hello!

Thanks a lot for
http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/01/xlink11-implementation which has a

meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"

within its html head element whereas the header sent by apache informs of
an other encoding. Both

HEAD 'http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/01/xlink11-implementation'

and

HEAD 'http://www.w3.org/XML/2006/01/xlink11-implementation.html'

tell (among other things):

Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1

Unsurprisingly, this mismatch disturbs some web browsers. A confirmation
of this mismatch can be obtained when trying to validate this file
through:

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2FXML%2F2006%2F01%2Fxlink11-implementation

Thanks for a fix!
