I note that this is inconsistent with the approach other working groups
take regarding such matters, some restrict the language to allow only
the use of XML 1.0-defined names, others allow XML 1.1-defined names
regardless of the version, but so long as this is well-defined, I guess
I can accept this. Thanks.
