XLink 1.1: Outdated references

Dear XML Core Working Group,

  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-xlink11-20050707/ Appendix A has
various outdated references, "IETF I-D XMT" is misnamed, the re-
ference to RFC 2279 is outdated, it's unclear why RFC 2376 is a
normative reference, the "XML" reference is oudated, the "RDF"
reference is oudated, the "XInclude" reference is oudated, and
the "XPTR" reference is oudated. Please either update these to the
latest version of the relevant document or explain in the document
why obsolete documents are referenced.
