[Xptr-xmlns] Typos in the spec

Hello,

When translating XPointer xmlns() Specification, I came across the following
typos:

In section "Status of this Document", third paragraph starting from the end:

[...]

Information about implementations relevant to this specification and the
accompanying *XPointer element() Scheme* and XPointer xmlns() Scheme can be
found in the Implementation Report.

it should read:
[...] accompanying *XPointer Framework* and XPointer xmlns () Scheme [...]

A. Non-Normative References</a> (Non-Normative)

the "(Non-Normative)" is likely superfluous.
