display: run-in

There are a couple of problems with this style rule in Mac IE 5 in
the XLink Proposed Recommendation [0]. It appears to come from XML
Second Edition.

     dt.label       { display: run-in; }

See screenshots [1,2]. I don't know a work-around for this except to
delete the rule.

Also, in Appendices A.1 and A.2, the definition terms run into their
definitions. A newline between the dt and dd will fix this. (A space
instead between the dt and dd makes it look like there is no CSS rule.)
