XML Schema for XML Linking and Style?

Is there a single schema document which contains the schema fragments
listed in Section 2?

It might be nice to at least have a single canonical version, perhaps
accessible through a RDDL document (if there were one) at
http://www.w3.org/2001/06/xml-link-style.
