Minor typo in XLink spec section 5.6.2

In section 5.6.2, actuate Attribute, the first sentence is terminated
with two periods instead of one. That is, it is 

The actuate attribute is used to communicate the desired timing of
traversal from the starting resource to the ending resource..

It should of course be

The actuate attribute is used to communicate the desired timing of
traversal from the starting resource to the ending resource.
