"entity" terminology in XML Base section 4.1

I was just reading the latest IETF draft for the XML mime types at
http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-murata-xml-07.txt
and in section 6 therein, Makoto paraphrases RFC 2396 in much
the same way we do in section 4.1 of XML Base.

However, Makoto makes a point of always using the phrase "MIME entity"
instead of just "entity" throughout this document so that his
paraphrase of 2396 comes out as follows:

The base URI is either (1) the base URI embedded in the MIME
entity, (2) the base URI of the encapsulating MIME entity, (3) the
URI used to retrieve the MIME entity, or (4) the
application-dependent default base URI, where (1) has the highest
   precedence.

I'd like to suggest that we consider doing likewise in section 4.1
of XML Base to help reduce any possibility of confusion with XML entities.
