XLink Section 5.5 - arcrole allowed on simple link

Section 5.5 of the XLink spec states: 
"The role and title attributes may be used on extended-, simple-, 
locator-, and resource-type elements. The arcrole and title 
attributes may be used on arc-type elements." 

This misses the fact that the simple-type elements may also have 
an arcrole attribute.
