comments on PR-xml-infoset-20010810

Hi,

   some comments on http://www.w3.org/TR/2001/PR-xml-infoset-20010810/

Namespaces:

[...]
Thus the value of a [namespace name] property is always an absolute
URI with an optional fragment identifier.
[...]

URIs _never_ have fragement identifiers, those are URI _references_, see
RFC 2396 for a definition of terms and syntax.

Normative References:

References to RFCs should point to IETF rather then isi.edu, so
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt should be referenced.

General:

I don't like to see references to example.org beeing used. I suggest the
special TLD "example" in place of it.

regards,
