Inconsistency between 2.3 and 2.6

I've been looking at the new Infoset WD[1]. I'm posting comments
individually to ( hopefully ) ease tracking.

Section 2.3 - Attribute Information Items states that attributes do not have
a [children] property and gives some justification for this decision

Section 2.6 - Character Information Items. In the description of the parent
property refers to the [children] property of 'element, attribute and
namespace attribute' information items.

This seems inconsistent to me.

Also, given that there is no 'children' property I'm not clear how I could
'navigate' the Infoset and get to the CIIs that make up the value of an AII.
I'm wondering if I can get to them through the [normalized value] property
of the AII but the description of that property makes no statement about
CIIs.

Cheers
