comments on 26 Jul infoset-WD

Some comments:

1) In appendix B example, it was mentioned

"Two namespace information items for the ..."

Suggestion: "Two namespace declaration information item ..."
since you have defined a namespace declaration information item,
not a namespace information item.

2) In section 4.1 Core conformance, I think it should be 
[owner element] property for namespace declaration info item,
instead of [parent].

3) Why isn't there a [namespace name] property for namespace 
declaration info item ? Yet, [namespace name] is a property for 
element info item. Also, the RDF schema has erroneously modelled
namespace with the additional [namespace name] property.
