Hello dear editors, since productions 4 and 5 changed, shouldn't be productions in the changed Appendix B removed? Production 4 and 5 no more reference productions 84, 85, 86, 87, 88 and 89. Anyway I don't think it is a good idea for a non-normative Appendix to contain productions. Perhaps you wanted to remove the productions, but this is not clear to me from reading the annotations on Appendix B. And may I suggest to change productions 4 and 5 to reference other productions again instead of character ranges giving some meaningful names to the character ranges?
