Seems a bit dumb to ignore xkms but I guess that the proposer has their own home-grown technology for this so I can understand what they're up to. Technically, profiling xkms for symmetric keys would make more sense, and be a lot quicker, IMO. Be interesting to see if OASIS has matured enough to be able to make a considered decision on this! S.
