[Heads-up] XKMS WG gets a short extension for completing notes

Hi folks,

Contrary to what I announced in the last teleconf we had, we got
granted a short extension (until end of the year) to complete and publish
the two notes during the lifetime of the WG. This will make Tommy's note a
WG one, rather than a team or personal contribution.

I'm preparing Rich's one and it should go thru the process shortly. For
Tommy's note, I propose we just give it a WG approval thru e-mail, rather
than thru a teleconference, unless someone disagrees.

Let's make it happen!
