Issue 332-tl2: disg:PGPData Element and "trust computations"

This is just a confirmation message for closing the decision cycle.
 
The comments you reported[1] were assigned issue id 332-tl2. This issue was declined as the working group feels that this is a XML DSig [2] issue.  It has also been mentioned that this issue will be added to the XML DSig Errata which may be published later.
