implementation report (suite)

Argh! Sorry it must be the hour!

I forgot to ask for some specific feedback. I documented some proposed
solutions to the interop problems, but the WG should decide what they
want to do in those cases (adopt the solution, nothing, give a
rationale). The report has to list the problems found during CR interop
and what steps were taken to face them.

I just wrote down the solutions that were suggested, while waiting for
the discussion to happen. Check section 3.1. If there's something more
to complete in this section, please manifest yourself. It has to be a
honest report.
