Spec udpated March 1st 2005

Hello,
 
Thanks to Tommy[2], I have fixed the examples and updated the spec [1].  The following are the changes:

   Para[58] Updated examples in sections 2.5.3.1 and 2.5.3.2 - used URI value for Pending in ResponseMecahnism element value and corresponding ResultMajor attribute 
   Para[74] Updated examples in sections 2.6.3.1 and 2.6.3.2 - used URI value for Represent in ResponseMecahnism element value and corresponding ResultMajor attribute
