(FYI) XKMS WG Charter extended until Sep 2005

Hi folks,

Those who consulted the charter are aware of this. I had not been
able to send this before.

We got a charter extension until September 2005 for life after
Recommendation (errata, ...).

Shivaram proposed we have a teleconference after publishing the
Recommendation to discuss what we want to do and our resources.

Personally, I'd like to propose  work on Rich's XKMS WSDL
profile and see it published as a W3C note.
