Part2 Spec updated

Folks,
 
XKMS Part2[1] of the Spec has been updated.  The following are the fixes:

   Issue 328-jk: Updated Section 4.1 - 2 tables and also in para [72] related to Payload URIs (which are non-existent) and text. Removed URIs and replaced it with text. Deleted sentence in para[71] related to profile URIs. Changed "Variants" to "Client Authentication Modes" in para [74] 
   Removed Para [84] - reference to ws-trustaxiom which is non-existent. Updated para [21] correspondingly.
