minor markup fixes on the test-suite doc.

Hi Guillermo,

As I was validating all the documents, I went thru the test-suite
document  and found some minor markup problems, which I took 
the liberty of fixing as I don't know your availability (and there
were only minor fixes).

I hope you don't mind. We can always come back to your previous version
using CVS if you want to make the fixes otherwise.


- There was an element called <xkmsmsg> which should not appear
  there. I removed it.

- In the changelog, it's not valid to have <dd><p>. I removed the
  <p>

- In line 1401, there was a weird link to this anchor:

   All%20tests%20will%20cover%20this%20assertion

  I removed it (but left the CDATA, as it looks like a typo.

- In line 76, there was a trailing / after .html. I fixed the link and the
  text.
