HTTP binding

Hi,

Looking at interoperability tests, we saw that tests must be made over 
HTTP (XKISS-T13 and XKISS-T14 are described to be same as XKISS-T1 but 
over SOAP1.1 and SOAP1.2 (respectively)).
However, in specification we saw that XKMS implementations MUST suport 
SOAP1.2, MAY support SOAP1.1 but we saw nothing about HTTP.

What is the reality on this point ?
