Entrust XKMS responder updated

Hi,

I've updated the Entrust XKMS responder to have the common keyset and to
correct a problem Tommy found regarding whitespace in certificates being
rejected. It is just a validation responder, so it will only process the
ValidateRequest message. Other requests will be bounced with a
MessageNotSupported response.

The service endpoint accepting SOAP 1.1 requests is at:

    http://vsinterop.entrust.com:7001/verificationserver/xkms
