test suite update

Hi,

The new version of the test suite [1] states the way of triggering the
completion of an asynchronous request by sending a StatusRequest,
although I don't know if that's strictly necessary (as other ways as the
configurable maximum delay have been explained). Additionally, changed
XKISS-T8 and XKISS-T12 to be consistent with that triggering.

Notation was changed to difference the sets of messages to XKISS-Tn and
XKRSS-Tn. XKRSS-T4 (Recover scenario) was set to be synchronous.
