Using a more neutral URL for the sample XKMS service

In part-1 of the spec, many examples quote an XKMS service called

     http://test.xmltrustcenter.org/XKMS

I propose that we change this to something more neutral like

    http://www.example.org/XKMS

or
 
    http://xkms.example.org/

To avoid having fallback if ever the real owners of that domain (which
is registered), complain to us.
