The open CR issues

Folks,

I ran the open issues list against the spec. I haven't yet finished
updating the issues list, so I will list the open issues here below
for the moment (I may have missed one or two as I got confused
at one time):

Not done:

315-ga-3: still says bobcorpt@test...
320-tl-5: done, but wondering if it should say "reference" instead of
 "mechanism"
321-tl-1: I don't understand if it is closed or not.
322-tl
323-ga
324-tl: in progress
325-ga: under discussion, waiting for more feedback from developers

Freshly closed:

320-tl-9: was partially done, but not in the examples
