Confusing Minor result codes table

Hi, 

in [1]. p. [122] gives a table that defines the ResultMinor
codes. There are some cells in the middle column (Possible
Major Codes) that are empty. It can be interpreted that
that case is when there is no MajorCode.

I think that rather it's an explanation of the MinorResult by
itself.

In all cases, it looks confusing.
