Hi all,

First of all, this is my new TCD mail account. I hope that I will have
less problems with it than before. And, by the way, I still agree to
work according to the WG contributor policy ([1]). :)

Secondly, the first draft of the interoperability matrix has been
uploaded [2] to the WG site so please make all the comments you wish. I
created some tables trying to summarize the MUSTs, SHOULDs, etc., found
in the spec [3]&[4] and I also kept the more general tables from the
pre-CR Implementation Intentions [5]. I guess that many things could be
removed from the tables -such as lots of MAYs- so let me know your
opinions and we will keep working on it.

And of course folks implementing please let me know what to fill the
cells with.
