Keys and misc sample updates

As agreed during last weeks call I am posting the keys that I've used in 
creating the sample XKMS messages.  They are in OpenSSL format - sorry 
no PKCS[8,12].
I chopped the base64 encoded element content and changed a few instances 
of the Service URI that where mis-leading.  I also added a few  compound 
messages.
