are all the issues captured?

Hi folks,

Sometimes it's hard to know when something that was discussed on the
list is an issue or not. If you think that you have sent such messages
in the recent weeks, could you check with the issues list[1] and see if
there's an entry for it?

Don't worry about those that are open or closed as I've not yet aligned
to Shivaram's latest spec. update.
