I am happy to announce that Rich Salz, Datapower will be the editor of 
XKMS CR Implementation issues list.

I would also like to state that I will take over the editing 
responsibilites of the specification from Phill from now on.  We would 
like to thank Phill for his outstanding work so far in this regard.

We are still looking for a editor to maintain the Interop matrix.
