[MJ]  It actually says at the top of the last column that the "volunteer"
defaults to the specification editor(s) if left blank. Do you think this
need to be more prominent?

?. I'd still like us to use dsig:KeyInfo instead of creating a new element 
type derived from the dsig:KeyInfoType, but I'll give this some more 
thought.
7.I'm not sure if this was completely resolved. The decision was that we 
don't think there were side effects and Frederick should provide an example 
of his concern if he thinks so.

[MJ] Frederick, can you provide some more context regarding Issue-7 [1],
e.g. what you think would need to be done. At the meeting, I don't believe
that a real issue was recognized so it was highlighted as resolved.
